Terms of Service

By purchasing from Old Liberty Armory, LLC, whether in‑store or online, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. General

These Terms apply to all purchases, special orders, services, and website use. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct pricing or description errors at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are disclosed before checkout and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• For online orders, payment authorization does not guarantee availability.

4. Special Orders

• Special orders are items not regularly stocked and ordered at the customer’s request.
• A non‑refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required.
• Special orders and customized items are final sale.
• Special orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of defect or store error.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are disclosed at the time of purchase and/or posted in‑store and online.
• Special orders and customized items are final sale.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

6. Online Orders & Shipping

• Orders ship to the address provided by the customer; accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

7. Pickup, Storage & Unclaimed Property

• Orders requiring pickup must be collected within [X] days after notification.
• Orders not collected within this period may incur storage fees.

Delaware Unclaimed Property Notice:

If merchandise or related funds remain unclaimed after the required notice and applicable time periods, they may be reported and transferred to the State of Delaware in accordance with Delaware unclaimed property law. Once transferred, recovery claims must be made directly with the State.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

• By completing a purchase, you authorize Old Liberty Armory, LLC to charge the payment method provided.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes that do not follow these Terms, posted return policies, or special‑order conditions may be contested with the payment processor.
• Fraudulent transactions, abuse of the chargeback process, or false claims may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, or referral to the payment provider or appropriate authorities.

9. Warranties & Liability

• Products are sold “as is” unless covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Old Liberty Armory, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
